Mila d’Opiz Purifying Concentrate, previously known as Skin Clear Purifying Concentrate, is an intensive ampoule for blemish-prone, oily or combination skin. Its lightweight formula supports balanced sebum production and helps make blemishes, shine and visible pores appear less noticeable.

The concentrate combines ribwort plantain and mahonia with oleanolic acid and nordihydroguaiaretic acid. This combination targets excess oil and an unsettled-looking complexion. Glycerin supports moisture levels to help prevent an unnecessarily dry or tight skin feeling.

The product can be used over the face or applied specifically to the T-zone and blemish-prone areas. It provides complementary cosmetic care and does not replace medical acne treatment.

KEY INGREDIENTS

Oleanolic acid and nordihydroguaiaretic acid

This combination helps regulate excessive sebum production. Shine, congestion and blemishes may consequently become less noticeable.

Ribwort plantain

Plantago lanceolata supports a calm and balanced skin feel and complements the formula’s clarifying action.

Mahonia

Mahonia aquifolium is used in care for blemish-prone skin and helps reduce the appearance of an unsettled or temporarily red complexion.

Sodium salicylate

Sodium salicylate is a salicylic acid derivative. It supports the care and refinement of blemish-prone skin but is not the same as a high-strength salicylic acid peel.

Biotin

Biotin supports the overall condition of the skin and complements the sebum-balancing care.

Glycerin

Glycerin helps attract and retain moisture and supports a comfortable skin feel.

The concentrate contains alcohol, fragrance and colourants. Very dry, reactive or severely irritated skin may be sensitive to these ingredients. Patch-test first.

HOW TO USE

Apply a few drops to clean, dry skin in the morning and/or evening. Distribute over the face or use only on the T-zone and blemish-prone areas.

Gently press the concentrate into the skin and allow it to absorb completely. Follow with a lightweight, suitable facial moisturiser.

Avoid the eye contour, moving eyelids, lash line and lips. Do not apply to picked blemishes, open wounds or severely irritated skin.

Sensitive skin should begin with use every other day or only in the evening, increasing the frequency when the product is well tolerated.

MORNING ROUTINE

1. Cleanse with a gentle facial cleanser.

2. Apply a suitable toner if desired.

3. Use Purifying Concentrate over the face or blemish-prone areas.

4. Allow it to absorb completely.

5. Apply Skin Clear Purifying Cream or another lightweight moisturiser.

6. Finish with broad-spectrum sunscreen of at least SPF 30.

EVENING ROUTINE

1. Remove makeup and sunscreen.

2. Cleanse the skin thoroughly.

3. Apply a gentle toner if desired.

4. Use a few drops of Purifying Concentrate.

5. Finish with Skin Clear Purifying Cream or a lightweight restorative moisturiser.

TAKE CARE WHEN COMBINING

• Do not combine it immediately with several strong exfoliating acids.
• Use intensive peels on a different evening.
• Introduce retinol and strong salicylic acid products separately.
• Do not use immediately after microneedling, dermabrasion or a professional peel.
• Take care if you have a known sensitivity to salicylates.
• Pause use if persistent redness, itching, flaking or intense burning occurs.
• Do not pick blemishes before applying the concentrate.
• Always use sunscreen during the day.

Purifying Concentrate

A concentrated ampoule for an intensive course or targeted care of excess sebum, shine, visible pores and local blemishes.

Skin Clear Purifying Serum

A serum for more regular use over larger areas of the face. It supports a clear and balanced complexion within a daily routine.

Both products do not automatically need to be layered in the same routine. Begin with one and only introduce the second if the skin needs additional care and remains comfortable.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

Immediately after application, the skin may feel fresher and less oily. With consistent use, shine, visible pores and minor blemishes can appear less noticeable and the skin texture may look more even.
