A simple routine for sensitive and visibly red skin

Morning:

1. Cleanse with a gentle cleanser or Micellar Water Cleanse & Peel.
2. Carefully pat the skin dry without rubbing.
3. Select one soothing serum: Skin Relief Fluid, Hyaluronic Ectoin or Hyaluronic Flavonoids.
4. Apply a suitable moisturiser if required.
5. Finish with All Day Shield SPF 50.

Evening:

1. Remove make-up and sunscreen with a gentle cleansing product.
2. Use lukewarm water and avoid rough washcloths or cleansing brushes.
3. Apply Skin Relief Fluid, Probiotic Ultra Serum or a suitable Mixlab serum.
4. Finish with a gentle moisturiser.
5. Use Ice Cream Repair only if your skin tolerates retinol well.

Begin with one serum when the skin is reactive. Layering several serums is generally unnecessary and makes it more difficult to identify which product may be causing a reaction.

Because Ice Cream Repair contains retinol, do not use it on the same evening as a retinol serum, strong activator, salicylic acid product or intensive peel.

Once the skin feels calm and comfortable again, active products may be reintroduced individually and at a low frequency. Apply SPF 50 every day.

Tips for sensitive skin

• Cleanse no more than twice daily.
• Use lukewarm rather than hot water.
• Pat the skin dry instead of rubbing.
