Which Ekseption maintenance cream suits your skin?

Ekseption Hydration Sparkle

Hydration Sparkle is a lightweight hydrating cream for all skin types. Its airy texture is suitable for daily use and for skin that needs moisture without a heavy or greasy finish.

It is a good choice for normal, combination or dehydrated skin and for use underneath sunscreen or make-up.

Ekseption White-Up Sorbet

White-Up Sorbet is a hydrating and brightening cream for all skin types. Its formula contains tranexamic acid, lactobionic acid and nonapeptide-1 and targets pigmentation, uneven skin tone and dullness.

White-Up Sorbet can be used during the day and at night. Always combine it with broad-spectrum sunscreen during the day, preferably SPF 50.

Ekseption Age-Less Cocoon

Age-Less Cocoon is a nourishing cream for normal to dry skin with visible signs of ageing. It helps keep the skin comfortable, soft and nourished while supporting a smoother appearance.

This cream is suitable when the complexion needs more nourishment than a lightweight moisturiser can provide.

Ekseption Ice Cream Lift

Ice Cream Lift is a rich night cream for dry, sensitive and mature skin. Its nourishing texture helps limit moisture loss and cares for wrinkles, loss of firmness and tight-feeling skin.

Because of its rich formula, Ice Cream Lift is primarily recommended as evening and overnight care.

Maintenance cream or repair cream?

A maintenance cream is intended for daily care and to preserve skin-improving results. A repair cream is mainly used when the skin needs to recover after a peel, intensive treatment or period of irritation.

Is your skin red, flaky, burning or temporarily very sensitive? Begin with a simple recovery routine. Return to an active maintenance cream only when the skin feels calm and comfortable again.

How do you use an Ekseption maintenance cream?

Morning

1. Cleanse with a suitable Ekseption cleanser.
2. Apply a lotion or facial mist if required.
3. Apply a suitable Mixlab serum.
4. Distribute the maintenance cream over the face and neck.
5. Finish with broad-spectrum sunscreen.

Evening

1. Remove make-up and cleanse the skin.
2. Apply a lotion and serum if required.
3. Apply a small amount of maintenance cream.
4. Massage gently without rubbing aggressively.

Combining with Mixlab serums

An Ekseption maintenance cream can be combined with a Mixlab serum suited to your skin concern:

• Hyaluronic B5 or Ectoin for sensitivity and dehydration;
• Hyaluronic Peptides or Copper Peptides for signs of ageing;
• Hyaluronic TRX for pigmentation;
• Hyaluronic Niacin for redness and blemishes;

Preferably begin with one serum and only add a second product if the skin remains comfortable.

Which combinations require extra care?

White-Up Sorbet contains lactobionic acid. Use this cream carefully in the same evening routine with:

• an Ekseption Activator;
• retinol or Super Retinol Fluid;
• Super Salicylic Fluid;
• Triple Acid Peeling Mask;
• strongly exfoliating cleansing products;
• several other acid-based products.

Alternate intensive active ingredients on different evenings. Temporarily use a repairing cream if you experience dryness, redness or flaking.

Daily sun protection

Ekseption maintenance creams do not replace sunscreen. Apply SPF every morning, especially when using White-Up Sorbet, pigmentation treatments, retinol, Activators or exfoliating products.
