Set-Skin Cleansing and Exfoliation
An effective skincare routine begins with suitable cleansing. Sebum, perspiration, makeup, sunscreen and environmental particles accumulate on the skin throughout the day. If they are not removed carefully, the complexion can begin to look dull, congested or unsettled.
Exfoliation goes beyond everyday cleansing. An exfoliant helps loosen accumulated dead skin cells, supporting a smoother and more even-looking complexion.
What is the difference between cleansing and exfoliating?
A cleanser removes makeup, sunscreen, excess sebum and everyday impurities from the skin’s surface. Deep Cleanser and Vit C Micro-Water are suitable for this step.
An exfoliant loosens accumulated dead skin cells. Glycolic B3 Foam and Hyaluronic Peel contain exfoliating acids and should be used less frequently or according to a gradual schedule.
Deep Cleanser
Deep Cleanser is a melting micro-emulsion designed to remove makeup and impurities. Its nourishing and hydrating formula is suitable for different skin types and can be used on the face, eyes and lips.
Deep Cleanser is suitable for:
• Daily morning and evening cleansing.
• Removing makeup and sunscreen.
• Normal, dry or dehydrated skin.
• Skin that should not feel tight after cleansing.
• The first step of an evening double cleanse.
Massage gently over the face, neck, eyes and lips. Add a small amount of water if desired and rinse thoroughly.
Vit C Micro-Water
Vit C Micro-Water combines micellar cleansing with the benefits of a facial lotion. It helps remove surface impurities and light makeup while leaving the skin feeling fresh and hydrated.
It is suitable for:
• Quick, lightweight morning cleansing.
• Removing light makeup.
• Dull or tired-looking skin.
• Use as a lotion after Deep Cleanser.
• Routines focusing on freshness and radiance.
Use Deep Cleanser first when removing heavy makeup or several layers of sunscreen.
Glycolic B3 Foam
Glycolic B3 Foam is a cleansing and exfoliating foam containing glycolic acid and niacinamide. Glycolic acid helps loosen dead cells from the skin’s surface. Niacinamide supports an even appearance and the natural skin barrier.
It is suitable for:
• Dull or rough skin texture.
• Oily or combination skin.
• Congested or visibly enlarged pores.
• Uneven skin tone.
• Early visible signs of ageing.
• Superficial pigmentation.
Start with a few evenings per week and only increase use when the skin tolerates it well. Avoid the eyelids, lips, damaged skin and immediate eye contour.
Essential Lotion after cleansing
Essential Lotion is not a cleanser or exfoliant. It is a fragrance-free hydrating lotion containing hyaluronic acid and glycerin. Apply it after cleansing to hydrate the skin and prepare it for serum and moisturiser.
A small amount is sufficient. Essential Lotion can be omitted when several hydrating serums and creams are already being layered.

Which products combine well?
• Deep Cleanser with Vit C Micro-Water for more thorough cleansing.
• Deep Cleanser with Essential Lotion for a gentle, hydrating routine.
• Glycolic B3 Foam with Hyaluronic Drops for additional hydration.
• Glycolic B3 Foam with Probiotix Cream for additional nourishment.
• Glycolic B3 Foam with Cica Post-Care when the skin feels sensitive.
• Vit C Micro-Water with Vitamin C 5.0 for radiance, provided the skin tolerates the combination.
• Every exfoliating routine with Meso Shield 50 during the day.
Which products should not be used on the same evening?
Avoid combining Glycolic B3 Foam or Hyaluronic Peel in the same routine with:
• Retinol 1.0.
• Other strong acids or peels.
• Facial scrubs or exfoliating brushes.
• Professional peeling products.
• Several highly concentrated active serums.
• Products that have previously irritated the skin.
Glycolic B3 Foam and Hyaluronic Peel do not normally need to be used on the same evening. Alternating exfoliants reduces the risk of excessive exfoliation.
When should exfoliation be avoided?
Temporarily avoid exfoliation when the skin:
• Is red, painful or severely irritated.
• Has open wounds or active damage.
• Is sunburned.
• Is peeling heavily from retinol or other active ingredients.
• Has recently received a peel, microneedling, nanopen, laser or IPL treatment.
• Has not yet been cleared for exfoliation by the practitioner.
Use a mild cleanser, suitable repair cream and daily sunscreen while the skin recovers.
Signs of excessive exfoliation
Burning, persistent redness, unusual shine combined with tightness, flaking, sudden sensitivity or increased breakouts can indicate excessive exfoliation.
Temporarily stop acids, retinol and scrubs. Choose a simple routine with gentle cleansing, hydration, a repair cream and daily sun protection.
