Daily body and hair routine

In the shower

1. Wet the skin and hair with lukewarm water.

2. Apply Hair & Body Shower Gel.

3. Gently massage it over the body and hair.

4. Rinse thoroughly.

5. Apply Lumen Verde Conditioner to the lengths and ends.

6. Leave it on briefly and rinse thoroughly.

After showering

1. Gently pat the skin dry.

2. Apply Lumen Verde Body Lotion to slightly damp skin.

3. Massage it over the arms, legs and other dry areas.

4. Apply Men Deo Roll-on to clean, dry underarms.

After-shave routine

1. Cleanse the facial skin.

2. Shave using a clean, sharp razor.

3. Rinse and gently pat the skin dry.

Important information

Do not apply body lotion or facial moisturiser to broken or severely irritated skin. Avoid applying deodorant immediately after shaving when the underarm skin is sensitive or damaged.
