Shipping based on prepayment, iDeal, Paypal, Belgian Online methods and other European standards.
For orders in the Netherlands up to € 80, we charge € 5,95 shipping costs. Orders over € 80 will be delivered free of charge with the exception of equipment such as treatment chairs, instrument tables, nail tables and large appliances that must be sent on a pallet.
For orders in other European countries up to € 120, we charge € 9.10 shipping costs. Orders over € 120 will be delivered free of charge with the exception of equipment such as treatment chairs, instrument tables, nail tables and large devices that must be sent on a pallet.
For shipping shipments of large quantities of liquids, bulky, valuable items and a weight of more than 20 kilos, the actual shipping costs will be charged.
For dispatch of treatment chairs, furnishing and engines, the actual shipping costs will be charged regardless of the amount of the purchase, unless otherwise agreed. You will first receive a pro forma bill for this. We can also furnish furnishing (treatment chairs, tables) throughout the Netherlands with the exception of the Wadden Islands for € 75 ex. VAT.
The above costs are added to the invoice separately if applicable.
Pick up against cash payment
You can pay for your order in cash or by payment through pin. Of course you do not pay any shipping costs when you pick up your order.You do need to schedule always an appointment before picking the products up.
We strive for a delivery time that is as short as possible, and orders are usually delivered the next working day. However, your order must be placed and paid for before 3:00 PM. However, we cannot accept liability for late delivery. Salon design is delivered by appointment ground floor for the front door threshold.
All products can always be returned in the unopened original packaging. Please send us an e-mail in which you announce that the order will be returned. As soon as we have received the products from you in original and unopened condition, we will refund the money to your account. Unfortunately, we cannot take back opened packages.
The costs for returning are for your own account.
