Hydration Set for Dehydrated Skin

Dehydrated skin temporarily lacks water. It can feel tight, look dull or rough and show more noticeable fine dehydration lines. Oily and combination skin can also be dehydrated.

Cold weather, indoor heating, air conditioning, sun exposure and excessive use of cleansers, acids or retinol can influence the skin’s moisture levels.

What is the difference between dry and dehydrated skin?

Dry skin naturally produces fewer skin oils. It generally needs both water and nourishing lipids.

Dehydrated skin primarily lacks water. It is a temporary condition that can affect every skin type. The skin may look shiny while still feeling tight or showing fine flakes.

For very dry skin, Hyaluronic Moisturizer can be replaced or supplemented with Ceramid Moisturizer.

Deep Cleanser

Deep Cleanser is a melting micro-emulsion that removes makeup, sunscreen and everyday impurities. Its conditioning formula cleanses without leaving the skin feeling excessively tight.

Use every morning and evening with lukewarm water. Very hot water can make dehydrated or dry skin feel more uncomfortable.

Essential Lotion

Essential Lotion is a lightweight, fragrance-free lotion containing hyaluronic acid and glycerin. It helps attract and retain moisture while preparing the skin for subsequent products.

Apply a small amount after cleansing. For normal or oily skin, Essential Lotion may provide enough hydration underneath daytime skincare.

Hyaluronic Drops

Hyaluronic Drops has a lightweight water-drop texture. Refreshing moisture droplets are released during application, helping hydrate the skin and make dehydration lines appear less noticeable.

It is suitable for:

• Dehydrated or tight-feeling skin.
• Fine dehydration lines.
• Dull and tired-looking skin.
• Oily or combination skin needing hydration.
• Skin needing lightweight rather than heavy care.

If the combination of Essential Lotion, Hyaluronic Drops and Hyaluronic Moisturizer feels excessive, omit Essential Lotion or use Hyaluronic Drops only in the evening.

Hyaluronic Moisturizer

Hyaluronic Moisturizer is a daily moisturising cream containing low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid and glycerin. It helps attract and retain moisture while supporting softer, smoother and plumper-looking skin.

Use morning and evening as the final moisturising step. Ceramid Moisturizer or Probiotix Cream may be more suitable when the skin is particularly dry.

Meso Shield 50

Meso Shield 50 helps protect the skin against UV radiation and environmental stress. Sun exposure can weaken the skin barrier, increase moisture loss and contribute to premature visible ageing.

Apply every morning as the final skincare step and before makeup. Reapply during prolonged outdoor exposure and after swimming, heavy perspiration or towel drying.

Morning routine

1. Cleanse with Deep Cleanser.
2. Apply a small amount of Essential Lotion.
3. Use a thin layer of Hyaluronic Drops.
4. Apply Hyaluronic Moisturizer.
5. Finish with Meso Shield 50.
6. Apply makeup afterwards if desired.

If the products begin to pill or the routine feels too heavy, use either Essential Lotion or Hyaluronic Drops rather than both.

Evening routine

1. Remove makeup and sunscreen with Deep Cleanser.
2. Apply Essential Lotion.
3. Use Hyaluronic Drops.
4. Finish with Hyaluronic Moisturizer.

For very dry or weakened skin, replace Hyaluronic Moisturizer with Ceramid Moisturizer, Probiotix Cream or Meso Repair Cream on selected evenings.

Which products combine well?

• Deep Cleanser with Essential Lotion for a gentle hydrating base.

Combining the set with vitamin C, retinol and acids

Vitamin C 5.0 can be used in the morning after Essential Lotion. Follow with Hyaluronic Moisturizer and Meso Shield 50.

Use Retinol 1.0 only in the evening. Hyaluronic Moisturizer can help reduce dryness and tightness afterwards. Introduce retinol gradually and do not use it on the same evening as strong exfoliating acids.

Hyaluronic Moisturizer can be applied after Glycolic B3 Foam. Pause exfoliation if the skin becomes red, dry or flaky.

Does the skin need every product each day?

Adjust the routine to skin type, season and comfort:

• Oily skin: Essential Lotion and Meso Shield 50 may be sufficient during the day.
• Combination skin: Apply Hyaluronic Drops mainly to dehydrated areas.
• Normal skin: Combine Essential Lotion with Hyaluronic Moisturizer.
• Dry skin: Use Hyaluronic Drops with Hyaluronic Moisturizer or Ceramid Moisturizer.
• Very dry skin: Choose a richer evening cream such as Probiotix Cream.

What can you expect from the hydration set?

With consistent use, the skin may feel softer, smoother, more supple and plumper. Fine lines caused by dehydration can become less noticeable.

Hydrating cosmetics can improve dehydration lines but cannot remove deep wrinkles. Consult a doctor or dermatologist if the skin remains persistently red, painful, severely flaky or itchy.
