Pascaud UV Defense combines a hydrating day cream with high protection against UVA and UVB radiation. Its formula helps protect the skin against sunburn, premature photoageing and uneven pigmentation caused by sun exposure.
Conditioning ingredients including aloe vera, sweet almond oil, betaine and schizophyllan provide hydration while supporting the skin barrier.

Key ingredients
UVA and UVB filters
The sunscreen filters help protect the skin against UVA and UVB radiation. UVA rays contribute to premature skin ageing and pigmentation changes, while UVB rays are primarily responsible for sunburn.
Aloe vera
Aloe vera supports skin comfort and helps the formula feel gentle and pleasant on the skin.
Sweet almond oil

How to use
Cleanse the skin thoroughly.
Apply toner or Pascaud Rehydra Spray if desired.
Use a serum suited to your skin’s needs.
Apply UV Defense generously and evenly to the face, neck, ears and décolleté.
Allow it to settle before applying makeup.
Reapply every two hours during prolonged sun exposure.
Reapply after swimming, heavy perspiration or towel-drying. Using too little product significantly reduces the actual level of protection.
Daily morning routine
Pascaud Cleanser, Cleansing Balm or Cleansing Foam.
Rehydra Spray if desired.
A serum suited to your skin concern.
A lightweight moisturiser if additional comfort is needed.

Makeup.
For many skin types, UV Defense can replace a regular daytime moisturiser. Very dry skin may need a hydrating serum or a thin layer of moisturiser underneath.

Especially important with active skincare
Use UV Defense daily when applying retinol, AHAs, salicylic acid or other exfoliating ingredients. Consistent sun protection is also essential when using skincare for dark spots.
Bronzestim and dietary supplements do not replace topical sunscreen.
Practical sun-safety advice
• Avoid intense midday sun whenever possible.
• Wear protective clothing, a hat and sunglasses.
• Keep babies and young children out of direct intense sunlight.
• No sunscreen provides complete protection.
• Apply sunscreen on cloudy days as well.
Important information
Avoid direct contact with the eyes. The formula contains sweet almond oil. Do not use if you have a known allergy to almonds or another ingredient.
Sunscreen may mark light-coloured clothing. Allow the product to settle before the skin comes into contact with fabric.
